We're looking for unique local vendors to passionate preloved sellers for our special Preloved IBU-tique. This is your chance to showcase your products, connect with families, and be part of a vibrant community celebration.

Booth Rental is inclusive of:
🔘 Booth space 8ft x 6ft
🔘 1x bazaar booth (5ft x 2ft)
🔘 1x oblong table with table cloth (5ft x 2ft) - optional for vendors who have their own setup.
🔘 4x plastic chairs
Rental Fee (TWO days i.e. Nov 8 - 9, 2025):
EARLY BIRD (till 30th Sept): RM500 for 2 days
Standard Rental Fees: RM600 for 2 days
Refundable Deposit: RM300 per booth*
*Refunded within 14 days after the event, subject to full compliance with the Terms & Conditions of participation.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by Oct 2, 2025.
Purchase a Preloved Booth
(Toys, Kids Clothes, Maternity)
Need to declutter? Our IBU-tique Preloved Section is perfect if you have gently-used (clean, safe and working condition) items such as:

Baby & Maternity wear (seasonal, nursing-friendly, soft materials)

Preloved toys (no missing parts, clean, batteries if required)
-
Children books & educational tools (flashcards, workbooks, puzzles - in good condition)
-
Baby gear (carriers, strollers, high chairs, play mats, bouncers - in clean and good condition)
-
Feeding accessories (bottles, breast pumps, sterilisers - in clean and good condition)
-
Shoes (lightly worn, non-slip soles)
-
Craft materials or kids' DIY kits (unused or lightly used)
Booth Rental is inclusive of:
🔘 Booth space 6ft x 4ft
🔘 1x bazaar booth (5ft x 2ft) - optional for vendors who have their own setup.
🔘 No table cloth required for the bazaar booth
🔘 2x plastic chairs
Rental Fee (Option for 1 or 2 days):
IBU Member Rate: RM102 per day, or RM180 for two days
Normal Rate: RM170 per day, or RM300 for both days
Refundable Deposit: RM300 per booth*
*Refunded within 14 days after the event, subject to full compliance with the Terms & Conditions of participation.
