About the event

Our highly anticipated IBU x Astra Family Bazaar 2023 PRELOVED BOOTHS are now open for sale! ❤️

We have been fielding lots of excited queries - now the wait is over. We are thrilled to have you as part of this year's bazaar at KL Gateway Mall on July 16th! Please read the notes below carefully before you purchase your booth: 

  • Permitted items for sale: Strictly pre-loved children and/or maternity related items only. Any vendors not adhering to guidelines (i.e. selling new, DIY, homemade items, activities etc) will be denied. 
  • Session: AM (10am - 1.30pm) and PM (2.30pm - 6pm) - Please purchase for both sessions if you want a full-day session.
  • Pricing/session: RM60/booth for members (RM80 for non-members)
  • Location: Level 2, KL Gateway Mall
  • Table size: ONE table will be provided (6ft x 2ft) and ONE chair. 
  • Space allocation: Items may be placed within allocated space only (this includes 2ft floor space depth behind your table and an additional 1ft floor space in front of your table). Please purchase two booths if you need additional space for your own display shelves or racks. There is strictly no spillover allowed beyond the allocation provided to prevent crowding of walkways and to be respectful of neighboring booths. 
  • Setup/clearing up: Preloved vendors may begin to setup 30 minutes before their allocated session. They are required to clear their space within 30 minutes after their session.
  • Non-refundable: Please note that the booth fee is non-refundable, so please ensure you can attend the event before you book. However, if you cannot attend the event, you are required to find your own replacement and inform us within 10 days prior to the event. 
  • Terms and conditions: Please note you'll be required to read and agree to all terms and conditions before proceeding with booth payment when you check out your cart.
