Short Circuit Football Drill

Crawl through a tunnel, jump over short hurdles and run in a pattern. End with scoring a goal!

Parkour Race Challenge

Build confidence and cultivate strategic thinking in this parkour race challenge.

Kids will be given a basic intro and lesson on how to navigate the obstacles, and then go through the challenge to complete the course. 

World Cup Football Adventure

Dribble, shoot, and score through fun skill stations! ⚽
Take on penalty challenges, master basic ball control, and end with a mini match for teamwork and excitement.

(Challenge levels split between kids under and over 5 years old). 

Golf Obstacle Adventure

Kids navigate a fun S-shaped course, dribbling golf balls through 5–6 playful obstacles.

Badminton Precision Challenge

Guided by experienced coaches, participants will focus on fundamental movement and control. Kids will love 3 fun stations:

Capoeira Movement Stations

Kids explore fun Capoeira movements like ginga, cocorinha, and meia lua, before rotating through three stations:

• Handstand Station
• Back Roll Station
• Au (Capoeira Cartwheel) Station

Exciting football challenges inspired by the world’s biggest tournament:

• Lightning Challenge – Test reaction speed by tapping light pods as fast as possible.
• Golden Boot Shootout – Score as many goals as you can before time runs out.

Pickleball Fun Session

(Coordination • Sportsmanship • Confidence)

Kids will learn basic pickleball skills through simple drills and friendly games guided by coaches. Expect lots of movement, laughter, and teamwork as children build confidence, coordination, and sportsmanship.

Dodgeball Challenge

(Accuracy • Hand-Eye Coordination)

- Bullseye Challenge – Step up and test your aim! Hit the inflatable target from the distances (5ft, 7ft, and 9ft)
- Catch & Dodge – Stay sharp and stay quick! Catch incoming balls while reacting fast on your feet.

Grainlive Play Challenge

Hop, race, and play your way through a series of fun games - from hopscotch and giant tic-tac-toe to a gunny sack race, ending with a target tossing challenge using shaker sachets.
