Join us for a delightful fun and gentle yoga session designed especially for children in honour of International Yoga Day! We’ll explore simple poses, breathing exercises, yoga games, and a short relaxation. Expect lots of movement, smiles, and calm energy!
✅ Can moms join too? Absolutely! This session is best suited for kids in the ages of 3 years old and up but moms are welcome to stretch and flow alongside their little ones. It's a great way to bond and celebrate International Yoga Day together.
Fee is RM25/child or RM35/mom+child pair (IBU members pay: RM20/child or RM30/mom+child pair) Fee to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in email after you RSVP. Do join the whatsapp group and make payment in order to secure your slot!
