IBU Coffee Mornings: The Little Owl

IBU Coffee Mornings are the perfect place to recharge, relax, and connect with fellow mums, while your little ones get to socialise and have fun with other kids. Make new friendships, chat about topics close to your heart, have a good cup of coffee (or tea!), and go home rejuvenated. ❤️

This week, we will be hosting a postpartum session for new mothers and parents with Dr Gauri Sharma! 

This safe space is intended to facilitate open discussions about the postpartum journey, including the highs and lows that each mother and their partner have experienced. We will explore topics such as baby blues, postpartum depression and the moments of joy that come with being a new parent. By sharing these stories and experiences, we hope to learn and unlearn from one another. Together, we will also discuss the challenges faced in this journey, the support systems that keep us going, the achievements to celebrate, and the insights gained within our unique ecosystems.
