The ZenFlow Yoga is a guided session led by a certified yoga instructor, Snigdha Gupta (founder of Bodhii Wellness). This session will focus on the practice of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation focusing on self esteem. This class is designed to enhance your body & mind.
Fee:
RM30/adult (IBU members pay: RM25/adult). Fee is to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in email after you RSVP. Do join the whatsapp group and make payment in order to secure your slot!
