Come join IBU's monthly gathering for working mums. It's a warm and encouraging support group that discusses significant issues and challenges in your journey as a working mum.
In our February session, let's explore how to embrace empathy and let go of guilt. Mom guilt is universal, but it doesn't have to be a constant companion. Share your stories, hear others' experiences and explore ways to let go of guilt while embracing empathy—towards others and, most importantly, towards yourself🌼💛.

Do RSVP early as we want to keep the group size cozy and intimate for meaningful sharing :)
Feel free to attend with your spouse and/or child(ren).
There's a small play area in the cafe but do note that socks are required in that area. See you there!
