About the event
As our kids move closer to their tween and teen years, parenting can feel like a constant balancing act. This session is a safe space to share, reflect and support each other through the ups and downs—while exploring how we can stay connected, set healthy boundaries, and better understand things from our children’s perspective.
The session will be hosted by Dr. Gauri Sharma. Dr Gauri is a social development professional with over 19 years of experience and holds a Ph.D. in Social Work. She has led initiatives focused on children, women, and youth across themes such as gender justice, education, mental health, disability, and criminal justice reform. Her experience and deep engagement with communities continue to shape her work in creating safe, reflective spaces for healing and growth.
