Fee: 

RM30/adult (IBU members pay: RM25/adult). Fee is to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in email after you RSVP. Do join the whatsapp group and make payment in order to secure your slot!

Notes:

• Please note, this is a ladies only event.
• Do bring along a yoga mat, drinking water, knee pads(if required) & a small towel. 
• Please wear comfortable yoga pants or leggings and a t-shirt. 
• Refrain from eating a heavy meal before the session, you may eat fruits up to one hour before the session. 
• It is advisable not to practice on day 1 & 2 of your menstruation. This flow is not to be practiced during pregnancy.

About the instructor

Snigdha is a counselling psychologist specialising in women empowerment and relationships. Apart from an MA in Psychology, she is also a certified yoga instructor & hold certifications in hypnotherapy, Nutrition & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Click here to find out more about Bodhii Yogini.
