About the event
Come and join an invigorating Power Yoga and Face Yoga session and indulge in a carefully curated flow by a certified yoga instructor to increase stamina and enhance flexibility.
The Power Yoga and Face Yoga is a guided session led by a certified yoga instructor, Snigdha Gupta (founder of Bodhii Wellness). This session combines the fluid movements of Vinyasa Yoga with elements of strength training to build heat, increase stamina, and enhance flexibility.
Fee:
RM30/adult (IBU members pay: RM25/adult). Fee is to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in email after you RSVP. Do join the whatsapp group and make payment in order to secure your slot!

Do bring along a yoga mat, drinking water & a towel.
