Parenting two or more children can often feel like constant juggling — different ages, different needs, and the ongoing balance between work, home, ageing parents, relationships, and everything else life places on our plates.
This session is an open, honest discussion space for parents raising two or more children. We come together to talk about how parenting actually plays out in real life — the messy moments, the tired days, and the mental load of switching between roles and responsibilities, often without pause.
💬 What to expect:
This is not a lecture or workshop. It’s a space for conversation, listening, and shared experiences. A chance to slow down, reflect, and recognise how we cope when we feel stretched or overwhelmed — and how our everyday responses quietly shape what our children absorb, even when it feels like they aren’t listening.
