About the event

Join us for a dynamic and revitalizing online session that combines Power Yoga and Face Yoga to enhance your overall well-being led by a certified yoga instructor, Snigdha Gupta. This unique class is designed to boost your physical strength and tone your facial muscles, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.  

What to expect: 

Power Yoga: Engage in a series of vigorous and flowing yoga poses aimed at building strength, flexibility, and endurance. This part of the session will help you increase your energy levels and improve your overall fitness. 

Face Yoga: Learn specific exercises that target and tone the muscles of your face, promoting a youthful appearance and enhancing facial expressions. These exercises are designed to improve circulation and reduce tension in the face.  

What you will need for the session: 

  • Yoga Mat 
  • Water Bottle 
  • Small Towel 
  • Knee Pads (if required) 

Discover the perfect balance of inner and outer wellness as we energize the body and revitalize the face. Get ready to unleash your radiance from within!🧘‍♀️🪷 

Bonus: This is an online meeting open to whole Malaysia, so we're looking forward to seeing you online!

Fee: 

RM20/adult (IBU members pay: RM15/adult). Fee is to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in email after you RSVP. The online event link will be provided in the email closer to the event.

Notes:

  • Please note, this is a ladies only event.
  • Please wear comfortable yoga pants or leggings and a t-shirt. 
  • Refrain from eating a heavy meal before the session, you may eat fruits up to one hour before the session. 
  • Refrain from drinking coffee on an empty stomach.

About the instructor

Snigdha is a counselling psychologist specialising in women empowerment and relationships. Apart from an MA in Psychology, she is also a certified yoga instructor & hold certifications in hypnotherapy, Nutrition & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Click here to find out more about Bodhii Yogini.
