ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Namrita is the founder of The Nesting Heart. She is birth and parenting educator and coach. She holds an MS in Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, USA.  She is trained with the internationally recognized Hand in Hand Parenting approach and is a Lamaze Certified Birth Educator. She is a passionate advocate of infant, child and parent mental wellbeing.  Namrita is the mother of two beautiful children, born 7 years apart who she has parented consciously from the start. She brings her intuitive wisdom and years of experience and professional expertise to help parents-to-be prepare, learn, unlearn and navigate their way through birth, postpartum and parenthood.
