About the event
Parenting a neurodivergent child is a journey that asks a lot of us - emotionally, physically, and mentally. While we often focus on our child’s growth and development, it’s easy to forget the toll caregiving can take on us.
In this October session, we’re shifting the lens to focus on you - the parent, the caregiver, the anchor.
Namrita Bendapudi, MS (Psychology), parenting coach, childbirth educator, and founder of The Nesting Heart, will guide us through: ✨ Understanding our own triggers and glimmers ✨ Simple, practical tools for self-regulation and emotional connection ✨ A safe and grounding listening circle that allows you to be truly heard
You’ll walk away with strategies you can use right away, a deeper sense of self-awareness, and a feeling of renewal from being in a supportive, non-judgmental community.
