About the event

Do you experience feelings of guilt when it comes to being a mom? Expectations from the society, your family or even yourself which are hard to meet? You are not alone! Come and join us as we cultivate the power of village support! 💕

In the month of Mental Health Matters, this support group will be taking a deep dive on the subject of Mom Guilt. This support group is suited for all mothers- all are welcome to join us✨

Event notes:-

  • There will be an activity so please bring along a pen, pencil and notebook or paper.
  • This session will be more focused on moms but dads and kids are welcome to join as well.
  • You will be required to purchase a minimum of one drink/food item per participant from the cafe during the session. Payments to be made directly to the venue. Please note Patisserie Royale is a halal establishment.

Join us in revitalizing the power of the village and embracing the strength of community support to all moms as we focus on Mental Health! Together, we can build a circle that uplifts, inspires, and empowers each other. 🌸✨
