About the event
Motherhood can feel overwhelming at times—but you don't have to carry it all alone. 🤍
Join us for a small and intimate gathering of mums, where you'll find a safe space to pause, share, and simply be heard. This isn't a class or a therapy session. It's a supportive circle, limited to just 8 mums, where we speak honestly and listen without judgement or the need to "fix" one another.
Together, we'll begin with a gentle moment to settle in, followed by a sharing circle where each mum has the opportunity to speak uninterrupted while everyone else simply listens. We'll end with a short gratitude practice, leaving you feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
Whether you choose to share or simply listen, you're welcome exactly as you are.
