IBU Volunteer Meet (March 2024)

Welcome to our Volunteer Meet-Up for Moms and Families – an exciting indoor event filled with fun games for kids and delectable food for everyone to enjoy! 

Join us for a day of warmth, connection, and community as we gather indoors to make a difference while creating cherished memories with our little ones. 

Here's what's in store: 

 

🎉 Fun Games for Kids: 

- Engaging indoor games to keep the kids entertained and active. 

- Creative craft stations where kids can unleash their creativity and make delightful keepsakes to treasure. Eg. Foil craft, giant bubbles 

🍔 Good Food for All: 

- Delightful indoor catering featuring a variety of crowd-pleasing dishes, including sandwiches, wraps, and finger foods perfect for mingling and munching. 

- Fresh fruit platters and veggie trays bursting with vibrant colors and flavors to please even the pickiest eaters. 

- Indulgent dessert bar with treats like cupcakes, cookies for a sweet finish to the festivities.

- Opportunities to connect with fellow moms and families in a cozy and inviting indoor setting.
