✅ Exercises that promote postpartum healing (as well as healing your diastasis recti!)
Psst... What even is diastasis recti? Well, it's when the rectus abdominus separates, causing a bulge in your midsection. This can lead to physical discomfort such as lower back pain and higher risk of injury from daily movement. This condition is extremely common and affects around 60% of moms. 🫣
Fee: RM225/pax for IBU member (RM250 for non member). Fee is to be paid directly to the facilitator. Payment details will be provided in your email after you RSVP.
