About the event
Regain your fitness and build up your self-esteem with certified pre/postnatal fitness coach, Jane! She'll be guiding you through a strength and conditioning workout that is perfect for mothers at all fitness levels. The class session at Fierce Fitness will be low-impact and low/medium intensity, focusing on rebuilding your fitness foundation, core, and breath coordination.
This is a baby and child-friendly class that is for mums from 6 weeks post-partum (and ready to exercise with your doctor's consent), and beyond. Psst, some of the exercise moves can even be done with your child if you wish. If you are breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, you are more than welcome to do so during class at any time. See you there!
Fee: RM55. (Get RM10 off for your first class when you tell us that you heard about this class from IBU!) Fee is payable to Coach Jane prior to class. Payment details will be provided in your email after you RSVP.
- The class will be held at Fierce Fitness 3rd Floor Vantage. Look for the elevator located between "Love a Loaf" and "Windsor Animal Hospital", press Level 3, turn right and you'll see the studio.
- Parking is available within the Vantage compound.
- Please feel free to bring your own mat and toys to keep your child entertained. Don't forget your water bottle and towel too.
