About the event

Are you interested in learning more about yourself? Have you ever found it challenging to accept some facts that are perfectly acceptable to others? If you are a mother, have you ever wondered why some mothers can tolerate their babies' cries while others easily become triggered by them?

If you are intrigued and interested in learning a little bit more about yourself, or overcoming some perceptions that have a negative impact on your life, join us for our upcoming self-awareness and acceptance workshop. Besides incorporating Adlerian psychology, there will be two aromatherapy sessions where you'll be introduced to two different types of essential oils that can be useful in our daily lives.

This session will be useful to those who have aspects of their lives they'd like to improve. It's hard to step outside of ourselves, observe any gaps,  and think of changes that would lead to self-improvement. We're here to help. ❤️

Note: This workshop will be conducted in Mandarin. Feel free to bring along your children - we will have a teacher who will guide them in making fun Christmas-themed arts and crafts while you are participating in the session.

Fee: RM18 for IBU members (RM25 for non-members) - to be paid directly to the workshop facilitator.
