IBU Family Kid’s Activities @ 18th Private & International School Fair (PISF)

IBU is joining the 18th Private & International School Fair in Kuala Lumpur!  We'll be there over TWO days so make sure to come by and enjoy our fun activities for kids! 😍

We'll be at Booth 161 and 162 (Hall 1) from 11am - 6pm. Our IBU Family Kids' Activities are geared towards preschool to primary age levels, including a junior woodworking session, and a play area. There will also be kids-related merchandise for purchase. See you there! 

Saturday (27 May 2023)

Booth 161

11am - 1pm: 

Play by Wonder Village (Free)

IBU Members: Get 10% off all respectful parenting playgroups and workshops if you sign up on the day. 

Unstructured, child-led play is what all children need in order to learn, especially in their earliest years. Come and experience the wonder of play in this pop-up recyclable playground by Wonder Village.

1pm - 1.30pm:

Interactive Storytelling by Melissa Ratkovich-Ong (Free) 

Join us for an interactive Storytelling experience by teacher Melissa Ratkovich-Ong,as she tells the story of Sleeping Beauty. Children are encouraged to interact with the storyteller and props! Children of all ages are welcome to join.

1.30pm - 6pm:

Play by MUXINAI (Free) 

Block Play: Let children improve their mastery of fine motor skills and sense of creativity through block building.

Archaeological Excavation: Let children experience excavating archaeological treasures and gain a sense of accomplishment as an archaeologist.

Booth 162

11am - 6pm

Single origin chocolate by Chocolate Concierge - specialising in small batch tree-to-bar chocolate maker committed to the flavours unique to Malaysian single origin. 

Products and activities for moms, kids and babies by MUXINAI - including pregnancy, postpartum and parenting courses and consultation, activities for moms and families, and VIP mom club for resource sharing. 

(IBU members get 10% off all products purchased on May 27 and 28, 2023. MUXINAI will also offer one free course worth RM200 for all IBU members).

Booth 161

11am - 3.30pm: 

Junior Woodworking by ModlePlay 

Fee: RM30/child for IBU members (RM45 for non-members). IBU members also enjoy 10% off any junior woodworking courses signed up for on the day). 

Get hands-on in Modleplay’s taster session to a junior woodworking course where your child will have fun making wooden toys from pre-cut materials using basic hand tools. Toy options & complexity will defer based on age, on a limited slot basis per session.  So do come early to grab this educational experience! Recommended for 4 years and above.

3.30pm - 4pm:
