IBU Family Fun Day: Mummy & Me Yoga

Mother-Child Yoga 🧘‍♀

Fee: RM42/adult child pair for IBU Members (RM60 for non members)

Venue: Centre Courtyard, Level 1, The LINC KL

Time: 10AM - 11AM

This 1-hour mother and child yoga includes warm up, yoga asana, breathing exercise, meditation and some worksheet/handicraft as ending. No prior experience in yoga is required as the session is beginner-friendly. Recommended age of child: 3-6 years old.

- Each ticket admits one adult-child pair.
