About the event
Dear IBU members,
This is a new kind of event announcement - not so fun perhaps, but really important! As members, you are a critical part of our organisation - essentially, the hard work we do, is all for you. Organising events, building our community, forging new friendships - those are our favourite parts. But as with every other organisation, we need to get the paperwork done too!
To this end, we request your attendance at our online Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 30th May 2024 at 9.30PM. (After the kids are asleep! ☺️)
The objective of this meeting is to vote for a postponement of the Annual General Meeting from 25th May 2024 to a later date in June 2024. Reason for the said postponement is to ensure our audit reports are available on time.
As IBU members, your attendance at this EGM is important to ensure we have sufficient quorum so we can keep the gears running smoothly.
