Bella Mama was an idea brought together by 2 mums, a cafe owner and a singing teacher, who believe that mums deserve to do more for themselves when they are caring for newborns or toddlers. This movement is also based on new research that mothers singing in groups with babies overcome symptoms of post-natal depression quicker -- singing mums are happy mums!
This session will run twice a month every other Tuesday until December in preparation for the year end Bella Mama performance on 21 December at 4pm that will be open to public(more details on this will be shared during the session).
๐ Moms are welcome to bring along their kids as there is a small playground in the cafe that will keep your little ones entertained as you enjoy the session. ๐ Reserveโฆ
