About the event
Come join us for the very first Bachata Dance Couple Therapy Workshop!🕺It is a type of Latin dance, an "Art" of being "in love with yourself" 👐through your movements by the music.

It does not only offer a great form of exercise, work on your balance, your hips, your postures, your footwork but most importantly it nurtures your inner-self❤️
It improves communication and trust, boost confidence and self-esteem, enhances intimacy and connection as movements are rather sensual and it is a very fun dancing.
💑This is a partner work (man + woman | man + man | women + women) : Please make sure you bring your partner along (or else don't worry, we may rotate or not depends on the couple so you get to dance with others as well.
Fee is RM40/person or RM80/couple (IBU members pay RM30/person or RM60/couple).
