Baby Sensory Swim Playgroup

Come and join a splashtastic time for you and your little bundle of joy as they dive into the water and learn basic swimming skills through easy, step-by-step goals with the SSI & Baby-CPR certified instructor!

This activity not only helps the kids to learn to swim, but it also helps build physical strength and confidence.  There will be 3 blocks throughout the 30-minute session comprising:

• Warm Ups: Splash & Play
• Sensory Exploration Station: Feel & Discover
• Skill of the Lesson: Learn & Grow

We can't wait to explore the immersive experience with you and your baby! 🏖️🏖️🏖️ The class is for you if you are a beginner or parents who are looking for support on how to help your baby or toddler to swim.

Parent participation in the class is compulsory and only mum/dad/both/family members are allowed into the pool with the baby. The class is for kids aged 3 years old and below.

What to bring?

🥽A swim diaper for your baby (disposable or reusable)

🥽A baby swimsuit

🥽A towel for drying off

🥽A change of clothes for after the swim

🥽Any necessary items for feeding after class or comfort (e.g., bottles, snacks)

🥽A small bag for wet items

Notes:

💦Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get your baby and yourself changed and warmed up.

💦Parents need to wear rashguard/swimming attire during the session.

💦The facility is equipped with simple changing rooms/tents, heated showers, and hairdryers for your and your little one's convenience.

💦Do make sure your baby is feeling well and ready for the water.

💦Do listen to the instructor’s safety tips and follow their guidance. Do watch for your baby’s needs and take breaks if needed.

💦Don’t bring glass items or snacks that aren’t safe for babies.

💦Don’t use heavy lotions or oils before the session.

Fees: RM80/child (IBU members pay RM50/child)

The fee is to be paid directly via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared in the email after you RSVP. Do join the WhatsApp group and make a payment to secure your slot.
