ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:  Namrita is a birth and parenting educator and coach and the founder of The Nesting Heart. She is an internationally certified Lamaze©  Childbirth Educator, certified Dancing for Birth instructor, former Hypnobirthing©  practitioner, and Birthing from Within© trainee mentor and faculty.  

Namrita is the mother of two beautiful children, born 7 years apart in incredibly empowering births and she parents them with conscious parenting principles. She brings her intuitive wisdom and years of experience and expertise to help mothers-to-be prepare, learn, unlearn and navigate their way through birth, postpartum and motherhood.
