Need some help?

Come along to one of our support groups to recharge, get the answers you need, and #findyourtribe.

The internet is great, but there are times when you need to ask a real person a private question. Sometimes it's not even about asking questions, it's about having a group of mothers that understand where you're at and will listen without any judgement.

Parenting can be tough sometimes but you don't have to do it alone!

NOTE; ibu will be starting a Circle of Support for Parents of Children with Special Needs in January 2019 tentatively.

Expecting a Sibling

It is often said that ‘it takes a village to raise a child’ and ibu is the best place to start meeting your village. Bumps, Boobs & Bubs gives support, assurance and advice to pregnant women and new mothers through peer support and healthcare professionals (midwives, doulas, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, 4th trimester advocates). Advice is free of charge. Partners, babies and toddlers are all welcome.

Please email Namrita at for further information or just drop in. We'd love to see you.
